This year has been an emotional roller coaster. Now is the time to wind down, reflect, and recharge your batteries. Joy, hope and disappointment have been taking turns but even in the face of disaster there was overwhelming helpfulness and incredible spontaneous engagement. Encouraging us to begin the new year with confidence. Ready to listen before forming or expressing an opinion. Empathic and ready to walk the talk. So far for the Christmas sermon.
