Countless encounters, articles and pictures and still it’s been only six years. But if you have a look at the portraits in the roll above some of them will surely make you smile.

Six years ago today I published the first article on Estilo Palma. Actually, in the beginning this magazine was called Palmallorcastyle. The murcielago however has been the mascot right from the start. The little bat is a relative of the heraldic animal of Palma. Soon the golden one – the murcielago de oro – became an award for outstanding bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and enterprises. 

In preparation of this anniversary I was browsing through my photo library. And it made me very happy. So many wonderful people, gorgeous places, breath-taking views, mind-blowing ideas. Arts and crafts, tradition and innovation, effort and recreation. Thank you everyone. For your loyalty, your support, and your friendship. I look forward to continue telling your stories.
