**** Meanwhile, Noodles closed again. ****
Nothing compares to Mediterranean Cuisine but I have to admit that Asia offers a plenitude of fantastic dishes as well – from China to Japan, Thailand or Vietnam, to name but a few. Take a bite of everything and you’ll get the most creative fusion food. A fantastic eatery to savor udon or ramen (japanese noodles), spring rolls or sushi is Noodle Bar at Plaça d’en Coll. While the beautiful place is often quite crowded during the summer months, just now is the right time to enjoy it in a laid-back atmosphere.
The tables outside offer a nice view on the carefully renovated houses, painted in light mediterranean colors, whereas the interior of Noodle is quite the opposite: styled in simplistic black and white, the cool furniture almost reminds you of a lounge or a cocktail bar. On a hot day, this is the place to chill and have a light meal, while on a cold winter’s day, Noodle takes you on a journey to faraway places.
Juanpi di Bella (who also operates Bros in Santa Catalina) and his friends serve tasty meals, prepared the traditional way in a wok, as well as salads and sushi. Free WiFi and Salar coffee are two more reasons to linger on. Relax and enjoy!
